Mexikanischer Salat
  • 3 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 1 yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 2 green capsicum, thinly sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
Vinaigrette
  • 2 tbs vinegar
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 4 tbs oil
  • mustard
  • celery salt
  • herbs, chopped

Slice onions, tomatoes and capsicum. Shred cabbages. They may be blanched if you prefer it.
Mix vinegar, sugar and celery salt. Drizzle oil into mixture stirring constantly until thickened.
Arrange on a platter and dress with vinaigrette. Let stand.
Serve with freshly chopped herbs.
