Broiler (Goldbroiler, Grillhähnchen)

  • 1 chicken
  • 1/2 Tbs oil
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 Tbs paprika
  • 3 capsicum, marinated
  • 250 ml apple juice
Marinade
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 Tbs paprika
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 1/2 Tbs oil
  • Sauce
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 1 Tbs flour

Cut chicken in 8 pieces and put into a bowl.
Add 1 sliced onion and mix well with marinade, cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Remove chicken pieces and discard marinade.
Heat oil in a fry-pan and brown chicken pieces on all sides. Add 2 sliced onions, sprinkle with paprika and cover.
Add apple juice in batches.
Add capsicum just before chicken is done.
Bind juices with milk, grated apple and flour.
